opening video email

please can anyone help me....iv got windows 95 and i cant open video email (dexxa)....but i can watch netmeeting ect...all im getting is a black screen....help julie

First I would need to know what program you are using to open these video e-mails with and is it the same program they are using to make them with. Also when was the last time you got your windows updates?
