Hello shahin123,
Welcome to http://www.pcguide.com/ubb/pcgubb.gif Forums!
I take it that you cannot get into the BIOS or anywhere else for that matter? Do you have a Win98 boot disk? You might try booting using the boot disk...I have Me so I don't know you're boot set up sequence, however, If it provides options once your in, I would suggest the selection with CD-ROM support.
When you get to the A: prompt type in scanreg_/restore (the underscore is actually a space). You will be provided options to restore your registry. Pick a date before the problem occurred and follow the directions from there.
Would you please post back with your results?

Hey,
This sounds like it may be at the BIOS level, rather than operating system level.
If Whyzman's advice about restoring the registry doesn't work, then you will probably have to clear the CMOS. Look in your motherboard manual for directions on how to do this. There is usually a jumper that you have to mess with.
Alternatively, you can just take the CMOS battery (Coin size, usually says CR 2032 on it) out for about thirty minutes, then reinstall it and try to boot up.
Good luck and post back with your progress.

Oops, that was scanreg_/restore (underscore is really a space)!

Hi thanks for replying,
I've a boots disk but I can not use it becouse I see nothing on my monitor ,I've tried but it does not work it is always the same,I've tried that what WHYSMAN suggest me,there is a jumper on the mobo and to make sur I toke the battery out and after a half hour put it back but every thing still the same,it makes its beeps and than it turns off .Today I tried with an other video card from a friend ,my video card works in his machine but not his in mine(we have the same card),could that be a memory problem and what happens when I change the memory bank, now my memory is in the bank 0 and the bank 1 and 2 are free .thanks
