LG monitor 553V configuration problems

Graphic adapter PCI Standar (VGA)only gives me 2 or 16 colors. What graphic adapter this monitor needs and how can I get it?
The mainboard is SIS 5597 CP, processor pentium mmx a 167 mhz. Thank you for help.

Sounds like you need to find out what graphics card your computer has and re-install the drivers for it.....if you can find the original manual for it that would be a good help...if not you may have to open up the machine and look at the card.
