Can't Install Camera

It was working propely, and suddenly my hard disk crashed and I need to re format it. Everything back to normal, But When I tried to re installed the drivers on my TochMate web camera, Its detecting as other device. its not detecting as a USB camera.. It has a ! sign in device manager. Im sure that Im using the correct CD which contains the driver. Any help how can I installed it. I tried to do it on add new hardware but it end up on message saying windows didn't istalled the correct drivers.

sometimes on USB peripheral's you have to install the drivers first, so that when you plug in the camera it will be recognized as a camera.

unplug the camera; uninstall the drivers-then reinstall the drivers first then reboot-then plug in the camera ( with it on of course ) to see if this will help window's properly detect it.

I think you got a point. Now I remember when the first time I got the camera as the manual said that I need to intalled the drivers first before installing the camera... Thanks I'll try that and let you know
