1)Download and install PowerStrip. 2)Run PowerStrip. Right click on the first button. 3)Go to Advanced options. 4)Select About the PowerStrip. Now click on the Performance tab. Now you should see a slider to adjust the Memory clock. Pick your setting, hit Apply, then confirm the change, and you're set!

Do not overclock a video card unless you have proper cooling.
That includes an active HSF on the GPU and heatsinks on the RAM. However, it depends on the quality and speed of the RAM that determines whether or not you need heatsinks on it.
I am not familiar with your video card but I would guess that it doesn't have any sort of cooling on it. In that case, you can add your own, or at the very least, get yourself a card cooler that will provide a little extra air flow around your video card.
Be careful. You can fry a video card by overclocking too much and without proper cooling.
On the other hand, if this is something that you're just doing for the heck of it, and you actually have a GF4 Ti 4600 that you normally use, then I say go for it, have some fun. Burn that puppy up.

Personally I would listen to BB on this but if your just hell bent on trying to fry it? As far as compatability you'll have to check there web site or Microsofts compatability list for XP
