Hi,
I just typed a long question with what I know so far, but it was mind-numbingly dull so I deleted it.
If anybody knows anything about converting PCM streams into CODEC format, specifically MP3, please drop me an email!
(I am trying to record my telephone conversations and can only do it using MS-PCM, no CODEC works - with the exception of 8 kBit, 8,000 Hz Mono - and yes, I do have my sampling rate set to the same as the CODEC)
Any help would be appreciated!!
