NO! Don't reinstall, unless it's absolutely a LAST RESORT...

Sea please don't recommend restoring or reinstalling unless it's a last resort. Sometimes that can result in more problems than before you started. I always stress that very strongly since we can usually fix most problems without resorting to that extreme.

I don't have any great ideas, except to go through your dial up networking settings, and see if anything seems amiss. In Control Panel\Network check the primary logon. Either windows logon or Microsoft Family logon are usually the ones that work with most ISP's.

Right click the Internet Explorer icon on the desktop and check the settings there, under the connections tab. I'm not sure what to look for, maybe someone else will have some ideas.

You might also try running the Internet Explorer Repair tool, from control Panel; Add/Remove Programs.

I see !!

I should have been more SPECIFIC. As this individual indicates that all was well PRIOR to the game installation,I assumed that as he was relacing phone cords and calling the local phone co., that he had already done the things Pete suggested. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif

My new pc {compaq} has a restore that is NOT all inclusive. You can choose what you want restored without redoing your entire system. Its like 'Go Back' but better.
