Something strange is going with the mouse on serial port. It works on one PC, but doesn't work on another (System like dont see the mouse) . (In pure DOS and Windows sessions) If I connect another working mouse to the PC where the strange one didn't work - it works. What's the problem? And how can it be solved?

Check BIOS in the system that won't use the mouse, make sure serial port 1 is enabled, it should be 3F8. Then make sure mouse drivers have been loaded. In a DOS machine the mouse drivers are loaded from autoexec.bat, sometimes config.sys depending on how the drivers were written.
