Hey All,
Im sure you know this problem well, the instant reboot problem..I'll put what happens in point form for easy reading:

My PC reboots at a random time.

I have not installed anything new.

I dont have a virus, I have scanned my PC many many times.

Sometimes when I load up my PC, I will get into windows and it will display the messge "Explorer.exe has crashed, to fix the problem please restart". Then the PC will reboot seconds after, but usually it will reboot without a warning.

My harddrive appears to be working double the effort as it would usualy do, normal tasks like loading a window would take longer to do, and my hard drive would get very "busy".

I havent done anything new, or deleted anything, this problem has just come on by itself, and I know it isnt a virus.

Other programmes will give error messeges too, such as ICQ, Explorer, IE, AIM, anything will display the same "*WHATEVER*.exe has crashed, please reboot to restart the programme"

Please help..

Insta Reboot almost ALWAYS means H E A T !! Open your computer up ...look at the CPU fan when you turn on system....It is probably not working. They are cheap and will cure the problem!
