Hi,

Right-click on the Start button. Choose Explore. On the left-hand side, expand the items listed there until you find something called StartUp. It's usually under Windows or maybe Windows/System. Highlight (click once) the line item called StartUp. In the right-hand pane, you will see a listing of programs that are loading on boot up. Look for a line item that resembles the name of the program you're getting the error from. Highlight it, right-click on it and choose Delete. Reboot. Let us know what happens.

Cheers,

Now we need to know is this Simple Soft SimpleAgent(a network emulator) or SecretAgent (a browser caching program) and what do you mean by "WHEN WINDOWS 95 FINISHED LOADING I GET A SAGENT2 ERROR PANEL AND AM UNABLE TO CLOSE ANY IDEAS?"

Did you recently install or uninstall any programs?

You can also do a search on almost any major download site for a startup manager program...it will allow you to turn off programs athat run at start up that aren't in the startup folder.
