add more RAM, Dell Latitude LM, sound card?

I purchased a used Dell Latitude LM series laptop. P133, 16meg Ram. I would like to add more memory. I am unsure where to open up the case on the bottom. Can anyone advice?

I have reformated the harddrive, and installed WIN95 as I have all the backup, etc. I guessed on the monitor and finally have a clear enough screen. I don't know how to tell what sound card is installed to add the driver? Thanks in advance!

I noticed now the tab keys are not working. Did I miss something to get the keyboard to work?

Go to Dell's website and use the service tag ( usually located on the bottom of their laptops ) and use it to see all the custom info you need on the laptop.
