I WAS HAVING A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH MY PC SO I DELEATED WIN95 FOR MY HD. WHAT DO I DO NOW TO GET IT UP AND RUNNUNG. I HAVE TRIED TO INSTALL WIN98 ON IT BUT IT COMES UP SAYING I NEED TO DELEATE TEN FILE FOLDERS FROM MY C ROOT DIRECTORY. WHATS DOES THIS MEAN AND HOW IS IT DONE. ALSO IS THERE A WAY TO ERASE EVERYTHING ON THE HD ANDD START COMPLETELY OVER. I AM NOT CONCERNED WITH SAYING ANYTHING THAT IS ON IT, THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP.

If you boot from a Win98 boot disk it should tell you exactly what you need to do. Tell us what you are doing and what exactly the error message is...
