I had a dual boot partition w/'98 & 2000 which gave me
the option to go to '98 or 2000.When this was installed,
the file "MOE.DLL" was corrupted I could no longer use
Outlook Express.I re-installed Outlook Express, but
can no longer access 2000.How can I delete 2000???
'98 does not see 2000, and 2000 is not showing anywhere
Help!!!

Hrrrmmm...well, you're not going to be able to view the 2000 partition in 98, cuz 98 can't read NTFS. So, what you're saying is that now when you boot, your system goes directly into 98, without offering the option of launching 2000?

My first question is, are win98 and win2000 on the same partition. win2k supports fat32, and if it is on fat32 partiton, you can kill the partition using a boot disk and opening fdisk, or rebooting into msdos mode, and running fdisk. More information about the way you have the dual boot setup would be of much help in trying to guess what the problem is.

Win98 & Win2000 can not be on the same partition, because their registry file are different.
I think you have to partition your disk into at least two partitons, format them in FAT32. Then install win98 on Drive C, remember install win98 first. After that, install win2000, when setup prompt, select Drive D as your win2000's partiton.
As you said, you will let your kids to run win98, I suggest you convert Drive D to NTFS, this can prevent your kids to do anything to win2000.

There's also an option in Windows 2000 to configure how your OS's respond at bootup:

You can control this by going *here* in Windows 2000 Professional:

Start Menu-->Settings-->Control Panel-->System-->Advanced (Tab)-->Startup and Recovery (Button)-->Default Operating System.

Use that to setup your boot options, and BE SURE to "Display list of Operating Systems for "x" seconds"!

Good luck,
