it`s only a simple ques.how to flash the bios?
any ideas will be considrable...

First check this site for details, though I have not read all of the material on this site, I bet it is here.

The general idea is that you download the .bin file from the manufactures web site. Then clean boot with a floppy, the only files you need on the floppy are the .bin and the program which writes to the BIOS. There will be links to the stuff you need and instructions at the manufactrures site. Read and research until you understand the process fully. Do not rush ahead, if there is some termiology that you do not understand, ask about it. It is better to take your time and do it right then rush into it and goof it up.

Take a look at my site posted below, in the BIOS section and the link to Trish's you'll find good info about flashing the BIOS. Just make sure it's ABSOLUTELY necessary before trying it. Flashing the BIOS can be the quickest way I know of to turn your computer into a very expensive paper weight. Not for the foolish or faint hearted...
