Recently I tried to resize my desktop. I went under display in the control panel portion of settings. I changed the size to 1024 pixels x something( I can't remember)... now when my computer gets to the desktop part... It goes all fuzzy and I can't see anything. How can I change the size back when I can't see it? Please someone help...

Adidaqt14,
have u tried adjusting all the individual monitor controls to get some sense out of that screen?
Other than that I don't know what else u can do. Anyone else?
Best of Luck.......Son of Zeus.

Boot the computer into Safe Mode using the F8 key and change the resolution back to the setting you were using before. Then check into documentation for your video card and monitor, see what you can find out about what each says about higher resolutions. To use the higher resolution you might also have to change the refresh rate.
By the way, if the monitor is smaller than 17" I wouldn't use higher than 800x600. The text and icons will be too small to see, unless you make some changes in your display peoperties. Usually 800x600 works great for 17" and smaller.
