Fatal Exception errors can be difficult to troubleshoot, here are some links you can take a look at, might help...

What are Windows Fatal exception Errors (http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q150/3/14.asp?LN=EN-US&SD=gn&FR=0)

Fatal Exception Errors (http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q189/6/55.ASP?LN=EN-US&SD=gn&FR=0)

Search the Microsoft Knowledge Database (http://search.microsoft.com/us/SearchMS25.asp) Try the specific error messages.

Restoring the registry is done by using scanreg at the DOS prompt in win 98, and according to what I've recently learned it will work with win95 too, but was not included originally. You'd have to copy it from the win98 CD. In win 95 the registry can also be replaced by renaming system.dat and user.dat, and replacing them with backup copies, you have to know which copies are available.

If you had everything...Where would you put it?
