Anyone,
I have a Dell PIII/450 desktop with Win98/1E. I start the PC and it goes into it's boot-up paces. If recognizes the disk drives, hard disk, CD-Rom, begins looking at drivers and... reboots all over again. I can get in via safe mode. The bootlog shows that a few .vxd drivers are failing to load. No major apps have been loaded in a while, but MP3 and other assorted small files are downloaded on a daily basis.
