Internet Explorer 5.5 is not refreshing

I have a friend who has Windows ME and IE 5.5. I have updated my webpage and he still sees information from 3 days ago. I have checked my pages and many other people can see the updates except for him. I even hooked up on net meeting and deleted his temp internet files, as well as the offline content. When we close his browser and open again and go back to that page, he still doesn't see the updated webpages. It almost looks like he is seeing the pages offline. Anybody know of any possible fix?

Is he hitting the Refresh button on the browser when viewing your page?

Just a wild thought here, but does he have the "Work Offline" option checked under the File menu of IE?

I am not real familiar with how this option works, since I always work online, but your comment about the offline results made me wonder.
