Is this Win 98 or 98SE?

The following version numbers are listed in my device manager 4.10.1998 The OS came pre-installed from the pc shop and I asked them for a copy of Win 98SE and they were supposed to have installed 98SE on the system, but I'm having doubts about which version they actually installed. Yep, Reid is correct, that's the same version as mine, and I checked it a while back. It's pre-SE.
