not sure if this is the right topic area for this questiion. I've been trying to install a kensington web cam. i keep getting missing ntkern. talked to their techs for about 3 hours, no go. tried to get it off of my 98 cd it doesn't seem to want to read it. am i going to have to do something drastic to my system? Help Thanks
