A bit more info would help, are you trying to download to a folder on the hard drive, floppy, or what? Where are you trying to download from? Is there sufficient space to download to?

Trying to download to hardrive, there is sufficient space. Having trouble downloading off any website from the net, apart from windows website and napster. I thought I did post this on the forum????

The post on forum is part of Pete's signature line just about everyone gets that message when he's got it enabled (which is most of the time).

Do you have any kind of security software (GuardDog etc)?

mjc is correct, I put that in my signature because it was getting to the point I could never get out of my email if people kept posting questions there...

I think now that both of your problems maybe related. Gozilla is "ad-ware" it loads a program on your system that contacts an add server and downloads advertising to your machine. When you uninstall it sometimes it doesn' remove the ad program. The ad program will then still run and it doesn't show up in the ctrl-alt-del list. I would try a program like AdAware (http://www.lavasoft.de\aaw\index.html). If your having trouble downloading then try downloading it on a friends computer it's small enogh to fit on a floppy.

Because if you only have 32MB of RAM and a dial-up connection the Radiate ad engine that Gozilla put on your system will eat alot of the RAM and connection bandwidth leaving you with alot of paging to the swapfile and a greatly reduced connection speed (kind of like taking a shower and flushnig the toilet at the same time).
