format hard drive

I want to format c drive and add windows 98 the computer does not have windows on it

Have you ever formatted a hard drive before?....What kind of computer are you doing it on? Does it have a CD Rom ? With those answers someone can get you going.

Do you have a boot disk? If not, I can e-mail you a real good boot disk app. that will let you format, fdisk, partition and set up for win95 or 98.

I have thought of cleaning out my harddrive and doing a fresh install of 98.Will this app.simplify the process?If it can,i would be interested.Thanks.
