Win-ASPI can't be found

hi, im getting this error after i uninstalled nero burning rom. i was wondering if anyone knew what this meant and more how i could fix it. im using win98se and a samsung 8x4x32.

Error: Unable to initialize the ASPI manager
ASPI support information was not found.


The Win-ASPI file '?.?' can't be found, therefore
you can currently select only image recorders

Please check for correct Windows ASPI Manager installation
of your SCSI-Host Adapter Software.

(Error 15: Mismatched components!)
