MSGSRV32 Not Responding

I have started to experience problems with my PC (Athlon 600Mhz, 128 RAM, Windows ME) hanging during simple operations like printing. It will keep printing but accept no other input until the print is finished.

Sometimes it returns and sometimes halts completely. When it halts, invariably MSGSRV32 is not responding.

I have not made any system changes or installed new software.

Only thing I can find pertains to win 95, but you might try the same suggestions, might work...Q169987 (http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q169/9/87.asp)

Another good site I located while searching for info is !mvw (http://rvi.net/~moke/MokeHlp/!mvw.htm) A good list of links to MSKD articles covering many Windows error messages. I'll be using it a lot I'm sure...

Msgsrv32 runs all the drivers; uninstall the printer and reinstall it.
