Ok... I am about ready to throw my computer through the window. I am trying to reinstall Windows 2000 but it will not recognize my hard drive. I have an Asus A7V motherboard with a promise ATA100 controler on it. My CD rom and CD-rw are the master devices on my primary and secodary ide controler and the hard drive is connected to the ATA100 controler. I have tried installing windows by pressing F6 to load a scsi or raid driver and tried without. I have the current Promise ATA100 drivers and it still will not recognize the drive. I know everything works because I have installed it before and I can actually still boot to windows. I just can not remember how I got Windows to see the drive when I originally installed it.
