win98 uprade form win95 upgrade

I assume I can do an upgrade to windows 98 from windows 95, even though the 95 was an upgrade (from 3.1)(boy doesn't that seem like a million years ago?)and 98 will also be an upgrade CD. Thanks

Yes, it can be done, but in the long run it may be better to get the full version of 98. If you keep using the update versions you keep accumulating the faults of the previous installs, which can over time lead to serious problems...
