System Freezes

Hi, my system always freezes when i am browsing the web and using like a chat thing like MSN or AIM, i have IE 6 and a AMD Athlon 1ghz, 384mb, 20GB HD and a TnT 2 64, can you please help me ? Also, i think it is kernell.dll error or something.

Take a look at THIS (http://www.pcguide.com/ubb/Forum15/HTML/000543.html) and see if it sounds similar. Looks like we are going to start getting a load of problems with IE 6. There will probably be a patch out soon to fix THIS headache. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/wink.gif

Here is an interesting take on IE6 problems...

If you are experiencing problems with Internet Explorer 6 one possible cause may be Spy/Ad-ware files installed by many Applications with, or (more likely) without your knowledge. NOTE - Removing Ad-ware files may break Applications that require them
