What is VFAT? I have been having all sorts of troubles with this Win 95 machine. I installed Microsofts Network Client 3.0 on it last night and when I restart it, a blue screen with the message - VFAT device initialization failed- during the middle of startup, after the splash screen. When I go into safe mode and remove it, everything is back to normal. Does anyone know if their are problems with this program. I got it off of an NT 4.0 sp1 disk, which came with my NT 4.0 server book. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/frown.gif
I think the problem may be with the software you are trying to install...if it is an NT version it probably is not compatable with your version of windows.
