Win2K Problem

Hi Folks,
Any time I log on to the internet,I get error message:
res://C:\WINNT\System32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm-microsoft internet explorer provided by....

I also get a message saying that the page cannot be displayed. I have checked my internet connections and modem and all seem ok.
Anything else I should be looking for?

If you have access to another PC and a CD burner, download IE to a cd and reinstall it on your system; or you can use Netscape to download IE and then do a reinstall.
