GENERAL PROTECTION FAULT??? HELP

Well I have this problem on my work computer it actually a old compaq we use for small stuff ...when the puter sits for a while all of the sudden I get this ::

If anyone knows any fixes for this or any good links with info to fix i would appreciate it...
im running win98se ...the puter is a pentium 133 (dont laugh..lol)with 64megs of ram..doesnt have much else in it ..hehe..also i notice that when it sits for a bit the monitor goes in a stand by and comes back when i hit any key...? i went to power settings and set the monitor to never shut off and it still does it ...hmmm?

ummm not sure gona have to ask Boss....I was thinkin bout reformating and installing win98 but heard it might not be good idea with a compaq....cuz of the Bios...
Ill check the about the restore disk....you suggest to restore it huh?
