deskcp.dll::16-bit Desktop Control Panel Library. Most commonly used with RUNDLL.EXE to launch the built-in QuickRes function, QUICKRES_RUNDLLENTRY. This entry is required if using programs such as QRes which switch resolutions before and after launching specific programs (games, mostly).

I found the same in rselby.com,
I have uninstalled the latest wolfenstein game, the only game that was installed in my system, other than that comes with the os.

I still get the error message on bootup, though nothing seems to be wrong otherwise.

Help

was this supposed to be compatable with your system? just being inquisative here nothing special just wondering if it just didn't play nice with your windows? Which OS are you running? And I'm glad it's running fine now.
