I have two drives on on my computer,
drives c and d both drives have windows XP installed.

At boot-time it loads Windows XP from drive d
which was the last installlation I did.

How can I get Windows to boot automatically from drive c.
At present it loads automatically from drive d.

At present I can get it to load from drive c but I have to use the up arrow at boot time to select this.

Also on the installation of Windows on drive c I have set it up so that it asks me for a password each time.

How do I by-pass this?

You can get it to boot from drive c by going to "System" in the Control Panel, click the advanced tab and go to Startup and Recovery, just choose the install you want to boot and make it the default (you can also have it boot automatically without the wait time, by unchecking the diplay list box.

To boot using no password, you can only have one account and no password. You aso have to use the Welcome Screen (which it does by default) if these requirements are met it SHOULD just boot without prompting you for a password...
