Device Manager Help Please

Recently purchased Fuji digital camera..my first attempt at uploading pics worked fine....software identifies a removable drive (E), then displays pics...second attempt resulted in it recognizing removable drive (D), my CD-ROM drive...and no pics...and CD-Rom no longer is recognized.......checked device manager and found three yellow exclamation marks..one for primary IDE controller, one for secondary controller and one for EMU-401 (sound card?)....How should I proceed?...Delete those exclamation markers and reboot? Will Windows 98 and reinstall?....thanks

Those yellow markers mean you have conflicts in your system. You can select each of the device and try to update the drivers, that should resolve the problem. Or you can go to safe mode for windows (either press "ctrl" key or F5 key right before windows logo show up after reboot), then go to device manager and remove those devices and restart again. Windows should find new devices and load drivers.
If not follow the 1st step and check all devices in your system and load/update drivers for all the devices showing yellow splats.
