NO RESPONSE

System is not starting for boot the powe supply is alright
(specs celeron 466,hdd 17.3gb,64 mb ram, 810 chipset mb with daughter cad)
suddenly the system started not to boot) there is no signal to the monitor
checked with other display card but no use
the system is not ready to boot at all

Any beeps? That would tell us a lot. One beep means BIOS is happy and it's something after BIOS checks are finished. More than one would tell us a bit more about what to look for.

Reseat the video card and memory chip(s). See if that helps.

Let us know about the beep code, and does the screen flicker at all? Is the LED on the monitor green or yellow? Have you had any lightning close or power surges you know of? Is the monitor plugged in correctly at both the power outlet and video card?
