Freeware to password folder in Win 98SE

Need a simple freeware to password a folder in Win 98SE. Or can I do it within windows? I'm using ratpack (http://home.att.net/~ratcity/) but is always repaired whenever I run Norton. Just a simple one without incryption.

These are all incrypted. Hope to find one that is not, and want only the likes of passwording Word or Excel and should not be detected by repair utilities as a defective file or path.
