Help me about document of Boot Rom

I'm very poor so I can't make a network with 40 workstation. I listen about BootRom, solution for non-harddisk. I want to know about it but I can't find any document or knowledge about boot rom . If you have you help me, thanks very much. I am very happy about your help. Best wishes.
