Hi, this has been bothering me for quite sometime, but I didn't know what to do about it. whenever I am surfing the net, doesn't matter what site I go to, when I clicked the "back" icon after I finished viewing the page, I would get something like this:

"Warning: Page has Expired The page you requested was created using information you submitted in a form. This page is no longer available. As a security precaution, Internet Explorer does not automatically resubmit your information for you.

To resubmit your information and view this Web page, click the Refresh button. "

This happens a lot more when I am checking my yahoo mail and hotmail. it occurred on other sites, but not as much as the yahoo mail and hotmail. I've been using Windows XP Professional for almost six months, never had such a problem like this before. Can anyone please give me some help? Any advices would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

About the only thing I can think of is that you have run an update that has changed your warning levels...check in internet options and see wht you have enabled for the warnings (should be under advanced). Also resubmitting form data warning is a pretty standard warning, basically designed to let you know that what you are doing could have an undesired result (like adding a second $200 widget to your shopping cart).
