winbond w83977ef motherboard - upgrade bios reqd.

I have a winbond w83977ef motherboard, I wanted to installed win2000
but it say that it need ACPI support something, or you have to upgrade
your bios,

I had checked with manual of motherboard it say there is ACPI support
but donot know how o enable it, In bios have checked power management is enabled.

Can any body help me in configuring the bios or getting an upgrade of bios v4.51PG

Thank for reply, I got the upgrade from there only
It is very good page for Bios upgrades and info
Actaully I understood wrongly as Winboard are Ic maker
not motherboard manufacturers. But Wim's page solved My problem
very fast
