Hello everyone,
Right now I have 3 partitions on my HDD, one with the OS (win2k), the second one (the largest) containing various kinds of data, and a small third one (600 MB). On this last partition I would like to have plain DOS (6.22) (for some old games and some equally old music programs). Now I wonder if it is possible to do it without reinstalling win 2k, and if it is (or if it isn't) what are the necessary steps.

unfortunately DOS is quite old and obstinate and will require itself to be on the first primary and to be your C: drive.

The correct procedure to run a dual boot DOS/NT setup is to install DOS first then install NT ( 2k ). You could try using a 3rd party program like partition magic to set this up-but i would suggest you do a conmplete wipe and reinstall in the above mentioned order to ensure that everything is done properly.
