win200 server Application Log errors

Hi, I'musing windows2000 server & I find the following errors in the event viewer,how can I stop them .I'm unable to find the appropirate service to disable them.Please help me out.

Application Log errors:

WMI ADAP was unable to load the perfproc.dll performance library due to an unknown problem within the library:0x0.

perfcts:
Unable to read IO control information from NBT device.

NAV Auto-Protect:
Unable to acquire Mutex.
