Winrar - repair?

does anyone know what to do when winrar files say the files are corrupt but it looks like all the files have been downloaded and their all whole (size is the same)? im not sure how to repair these files but i have heard of it.

I have not used WinRAR, but program descriptions say there is a built-in Repair function on the toolbar. What version are you running? There is a 2.8 beta out now.

i'm running 2.71. i had problems with 2.8, it didn't list things in alphabetical order properly, etc.

You can try repair if it won't work (and it won't) you have to download again; a little chunk or code didn't make it.

I was not aware of this, about the repair part of winrar. I am using version 4.20. I have checked it and it has repair option in "Tools" menu with "repair archive" with shortcut "alt+R". May help you, just check it.
