Missing programs after recover

I have a Packard Bell Multimedia M400. I recently restored the hard drive with the proper Master CD and diskette. Everything is fine, except tere are some programs missing that were originally on the drive (i.e. Comm Central). Is there a way to install from the Master CD? I've asked thia question at the Packard Bell site, but the only advice they can give is to call them and be charged about $3.00 per minute!

The Master CD will only restore those programs that were originally furnished with the system. Sometimes there are options in the restore process like "Full" or "Custom", but you will have to separately install any other programs.
