Never used dreamweaver, not even sure what it is...best thing I can suggest is uninstall it then reinstall. Make sure you turn off everything possible before installing.
Sorry I can't be more help, but I'm out of my league here, don't know a thing about the program, and it's a problem within this program, not Windows, I'm fairly sure...every now and then you simply get a bad install...

Is it a legal version of Dreamweaver? (if its illegal, destroy it NOW!)If yes, just uninstall completely and reinstall it. Dreamweaver is a great web page design program! Good luck with it!

The most important program to have OFF during install is ANY virus detection program....they can ROYALLY screw up installs.

I got an answer from another board... (a local board actually).
I just had to switch the slots in the RAM... i dunno why... can you explain this?
After doing this, I insatalled Dreamweaver and it worked perfectly!

I'm curious... HOW were you able to trace it to that?

My guess would be different RAM speeds. I may have it backwards, but I think the slower RAM (70ns vs 60ns) should be in the first bank.
