Card Shop Plus software

Deleted files in cardshop folder of this program. Have no software disks but was able to us the undelete option of DOS. But the first character of these files was replaced with ? for which I had to guess as to what those characters are. Need help identifying these files. Do you know the character that should be in place of the ?

?ib.drv
?mhelp.hlp
?hreed.vbx
?ack.cmk
?hddcnek
?rder
?ipscode.hip

?rder is probably order
?hreed.vbx is probably threed.vbx (3D?)
?ack.cmk might be back.cmk

Of the files that are still intact, are there any with filenames similar to the problem ones, but with different extensions? For example, if there is a file named "dib.abc", then "?ib.drv" is likely to be "dib.drv". Sorry, don't have the program myself, but I've done similar things. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif
