Windows Messaging

Windows messaging problem:
trying to access particular web site(s), I get "The MAPI config file MAPISVC.INF, is not found in the Windows/System directory. Re-install Windows Messaging"
>OK "No profiles have been created. To create a new profile use Mail and Fax icons in the Control Panel etc...."

There is no such icon(s) in my Control Panel. Can anyone please help.

You'll need to open the "Add/remove" icon in control panel. Click "windows setup" and in the components box select "windows messaging". You may need the install CD to finish.
