Hi all. I am new to this forum and need some help as I am very new to all this. I am working on my A+ cert. My question is:
I have to use a boot disk to start a win95 OS on a IBM 486dx. I go to c: and go to windows and then type REGEDIT.EXE. If I use /L or /r I get "parameter format not correct", I try REGPATH and get: "unable to open registry" (1,016)- A:\system.dat. Then I tried windows>win.com and get: "HIMEM.SYS is missing" make sure file is in your windows directory.
I am not sure what is going on OR what to do next. Sound familiar to anyone? Thanx in advance!! http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/smile.gif
