every time I open up the memerox label maker my cpu locks totally up and i have to restart my cpu? It doesnt lock right when I open it it does it when Im about to print out a label or calibrate my printer. I think its gotta be the program cause its the only one that locks up but I have reinstalled it numerous times and also installed a newer version of the program. I think its a os problem cause i recently change to windows 98se cause 2000 wasnt compatible with any games. But if anyone has Idea on this it would be appreciated but if not I guess I ll just live with out label maker. Waste of 30 dollars oh well it thats cpus for you

Hi Diurnal,
What printer do you have. I had a similar problem with an HP and my FAX software. HP said don't use the printer while the FAX was on. I said "What if I want to print a FAX". We decided to use a different model driver which worked just fine.
Check with printer maker and see if there are known issues with Memorex
