web upload software

I have been working on a two different web sites. Please could you tell me how I can save time by uploading single pages on the website. The software I am using to upload to the website is Terrapin FTP. At the moment I am transferring the whole folder which is taking time.

Open terrapin, log onto you site then select the individual file you want to upload from the right hand box at the bottom (local computer). Drag the file up to the box above (next to the ftp box) and drop, terrapin will do the rest. I run two sites (one a mirror) and have no problems with terrapin in updating single files.
