PC gets IOS error

Hello my name is charles i have reformated my hard drive i used the win 98 SE upgrade. when i install win 95 first and the computer restarts itself
after it installs. on boot up i get this IOS error thats as far as i get.
i have a AMD 450 with 160 MB RAM can you help
