I use Microsoft Outlook Express 5, I get the following error message while sending email, I am able to recieve message.

Are you trying to forward the message to a list of people?

Are you sending the message to an individual or a group?

It looks like there may be an invalid address somewhere in the address line, if you try just one address at a time does it still occur?

When sending mail make sure your logged into the ISP whose email account domain your using. If your not, then you can 'download' mail but not 'upload' it. You'll get that "mail relay access denied" error.
